Fabulous Photo Friday

As I gather my thoughts for tomorrow’s post on the 9th anniversary of the September 11th tragedy, I just need a mental break. I love this picture; the heart shape they’re making, the closeness and sweetness of their delicate scale, and the juxtaposition of colors between the birds (male birds are almost always the colorful ones). I find it captivating in numerous ways.
